4. Terms and Conditions of Sale
  • 1. Agreement to Sell: Seller agrees to sell, and Braybrook Auto Wreckers (HHR Group Pty Ltd) agrees to purchase, the vehicle for the agreed price.
  • 2. Free & Clear Title (PPSR): Seller warrants full legal title and that the vehicle is unencumbered with no security interest on the PPSR register.
  • 3. Clear Record: Seller warrants the vehicle has not been reported as stolen and has no law enforcement holds or court orders attached.
  • 4. Registration Plates: Acquired as salvage/scrap. Seller is responsible for removing plates and lodging a Notice of Disposal with VicRoads.
  • 5. Tolls & Fines Indemnity: Seller indemnifies Braybrook Auto Wreckers against all fines, tolls (CityLink/EastLink), and liabilities prior to collection time.
  • 6. Title Transfer & GST: Settlement is GST-inclusive and complies with the Victorian Scrap Metal Recycling Act 2018. Title transfers immediately upon payment.
